Our story begins when our founder purchased a luxury apartment community in the Hansen Park area of Kennewick, Washington and fell in love with the location.

The Tri-Cities area is a growing, thriving, safe community and with that comes business.

We had the opportunity to purchase a beautiful, expansive building in the heart of the Tri-Cities business center and created a bright, spacious and professional shared work space: it seemed like the perfect fit.
